Description
The SFP28 adapter is a high-performance and cost-effective module that supports a data transmission rate of 25.78 Gbps. When using OM3 multimode optical fiber, the transmission distance can reach up to 70 meters, and when using OM4 multimode optical fiber, it can reach up to 100 meters. This transceiver consists of three parts: a vertical cavity surface-emitting laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA) and a microcontroller unit. All modules comply with Class I laser safety standards. These transceivers conform to the SFP multi-source protocol and the SFF-8472 digital diagnostic function standards.
